Belated Merry Christmas Everyone!!

Oh my crumbs..... Wow at last I can write my blog.... I'm using a different computer at the moment because my other computer has practically run out of memory and I'm in the middle of trying to put a lot of the things on a back-up drive device. I'd also forgotten my password and other stuff. I've still got photo's on my camera from the beginning of December 2012 and lost my spare set of batteries. So in short I've been having computer troubles where I'm still learning to sort it out. I'm not a real tech head and just got my very first computer which is connected to the Internet just about two or three years ago.... I'm sorry i can't have any photo's on this blog post yet I can't because I've got no access to them....
Soooooooooo I'm wishing you you all a very belated and very Merry Christmas wherever you are!!! How was for everyone out there? With mine I went up to my parents place where my brother and his girlfriend came up on Christmas day. On Christmas Eve I decorated the modern Christmas tree with my Mum and that brought back memories of my childhood. It also rained and poured while I wrapped my presents on Christmas eve as well watching channel 9's 'Carol's By Candlelight'. Christmas day was no ordinary summer day but it rained, rained, poured and rained some more with a few brief windy patches. Instead of nice shorts, sandals an a shirt I wore a jacket, jeans, some waistcoat vest thing and sand-shoes. With our family we still endured the cold weather and ate outside with a few very soggy birds as visitors throughout the day. In the afternoon we all went to my Uncle and Aunts place and caught up with some other family members which was great. My Dad was showing of this extremely new strong torch that he got for Christmas with some special bulb or lighting device to his brother. My brother and his girlfriend were there also seeing people for the first time in quite a while which was good.
So amongst all the food that Mum made and I helped out quite a bit... as well as the presents which this year I went overboard for buying for everyone... It was a very nice special family Christmas with Rachel my brothers girlfriends first Christmas with us.... Because last year they were both in the town of Bethlehem, the one in America and not Israel which is really appropriate for Christmas...My Mum even got a belated present from them both last year which was 'The Star Of Bethlehem'. Which was really nice of them both to give to her.
Christmas day went of without a hitch yet boxing day was a way different story where something happened..... I'll tell you about it in my next blog post coming soon.....
Until then I hope everyone had a very happy and safe Christmas....

The Good Food And Wine Show 2010

On Sunday my Mum and I had a girls day out to The Good Food & Wine Show which was being held at Darling Harbour. There were five big halls of food and wine heaven where there seemed to be anything and every thing which people could try. There was Quail, Biltong, Pomegranate liqueur, fish, cheese, deserts, duck amongst a whole lot of other morsels.

There were a vast number of different chefs, cooks, demonstrators and also food companies at the show each promoting all interesting products. One of the chef's there was Gabriel Gate' an amazing French chef who lives in Australia. (Please note: I can't find the proper 'E' with the " ' " over the top of it for his name on the keyboard here.) I wanted to get a picture of him yet he suggested a picture of the both of us which was nice. My Mum has liked him for many years so I also took a picture of the both of them.

Australian food personality Lyndey Milan was there promoting a regional food producer's market and also some new knives which were there. With the regional food market side of it was important because it was giving local Australian products a chance to promote their produce.

Seeing it was the last few hours the different stalls were giving away bargains on certain items so for smart person they were getting them. Also there were a few freebies which were being given away from item which were being sold. Mum and I were having a ball of a time having a look through the show while I was finding many things to taste. We got to the wine-tasting end and decided to have a seat for a bit of a break. Next thing we heard was an announcement over the loud speaker saying that in ten minutes time at 5pm the show was going to close. Mum looked up at me in surprise because we both thought it ended at 6pm. Yet we didn't have an hour of wandering yet just rushing back through the halls seeing things that we missed.

On the way back we grabbed a few bargains which were great yet missed a few that couldn't be helped. It looked like other people had a good day because it seemed like everyone were carrying lots of bags also. Some under there arm, some in trolley bags, others dragging them on the ground and still others reminding me of camels. Were we all like ants bustling off to our car parks wherever they were. Then heading back our homes with our food parcels and trophies that we had gotten. When my Mum dropped me home I felt so tired that I lay on my bed to watch some TV.... watching a programme... then waking up to discover I'd fallen asleep after such a big day. Yet next year I'm sure it will all happen again when you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner in whatever order you want all in a few hours or minutes of one another!!!
Farewell for now!!

My Gurgly Stomach

My stomach feels so gurgly tonight. It feels like I've got something in there which is going for it. Like the picture I've got on my blog tonight. If you could light the gas then it will be a flame like that.

I'm not to sure if I'm the only one on the ASD spectrum who has a really sensitive stomach...yet it sure is frustrating to say the least. It flares up when you least expect it and sometimes with food that you are so used to. For me tonight it has been peanut butter and bread i think. Or sometimes it can be really rich food that gets to me and also really sweet food as well. Does anyone else find that? Or just me?
I remember when I was younger that I had an allergy test which came up with a few allergies. I then went on a diet cutting those foods out. Now I'm on no such diet and I'm wondering whether I should get some more tests done to check a few things out.

I've also got ADD as well which can be quite annoying because some days I feel like that I've got no energy or motivation to do anything at all. No matter what i do or eat...I still feel tired with whatever activities I'm doing. That for me can be really depressing because it cuts into what I want to do with some activities.

Yet I do think that it's about time that I should find out once and for sure whether Asperger's Syndrome and ADD can be made worse by different food or diets at all. Because come to think of it I've always had a very sensitive stomach all my life which has frustrated me. So who know's?! A visit to a Doctors might do wonders for my tummy... I wil keep you posted.....
